Disclaimer: I am a (wannabe) crew dog, not a coder or developer. I created this tool in an effort to help other crew dogs do “pilot math.” I will try to keep this calculator up to date with current regulations, but there is no guarantee of its accuracy. Please make sure you trust but verify the information generated on this page (technique only).
Information in this calculator is based on timing and restrictions contained in AFMAN 11-202V3 (AMC SUP), 29 July 2024.
Daylight Savings Time (DST): To keep the inputs as “aircrew-proof” as possible, this calculator does not account for actual calendar dates—only hours and minutes relative to user-entered times.
This works correctly for approximately 99.69% of the year, including normal operations during both Standard Time and Daylight Savings Time. However, it does not account for the small window when DST transitions occur.
Because not all time zones transition on the same date, outputs may be off by 30–60 minutes, depending on the takeoff time zone, landing time zone, and selected Home Station time zone. Please keep this in mind when operating during DST transition periods.
Feedback: If you find a bug, incorrect timing, or a missing ICAO, please send details as soon as possible so it can be fixed.

If you have suggestions for user-interface improvements, new features, or would like to add support for additional aircraft, feel free to reach out. I can’t promise everything will make it in, but I’ll absolutely consider it if it makes sense.

Credits: Built by crew dogs, for crew dogs.
As much as I would love to take full credit for this project and lead you to believe I’m smart (I am not), this tool was built largely with the help of ChatGPT — and I mean that very literally.
Donations: This is a free tool built to help manage crew timing. It costs you nothing to use, and costs me a bit of time, effort, and roughly $10 per year to keep online.
If you feel inclined to donate, please consider paying it forward — buy your Crew Chief a beer on the next TDY… or just make the Copilot do it.
I genuinely appreciate the support, but I’ve already taken the bonus, so I’m screwed either way.
Blue skies and tailwinds. Cheers!
